A. Yes. Asco's lighting catalogue provides a large selection of the finest and most impressive designs in lighting available from a variety of world-wide sources. The catalogue incorporates a range of styles and trends which enables you to select lighting of your own personal choice to enhance and compliment any room setting. Q. How safe is it to give my credit card details online?

A. Shopping with Asco is so safe because our secure server software encrypts your credit or debit card number and converts it into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet. If your bank or card issuer does hold you liable for any of the £50, Asco Lights will cover the entire liability to you, up to the full £50. Asco Lights will cover this liability only if the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Asco Lights while using the secure server. If you still prefer not to send your credit or debit card number over the Internet you can print out our order form and fax it to us on 08701 20 15 56 or place your order by telephone on 08701 20 15 52.

A. You can place an order by the following 3 steps:
1. Clicking on the add button next to the particular product(s) you wish to purchase.
2. Click on the "Checkout" button which takes you to our order form.
3. Enter your personal information and credit card details and submit your order via our secure server.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. We accept Visa, Switch and Master-Card. You can also pay us by cheque and bank or building society cheques (please make all cheques payable to Asco)

Q. Do Asco Lights' prices include VAT?

A. All prices quoted by us include VAT at 17.5%

Q. What happens if I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled at any time before delivery for a full refund. Please contact us immediately on 08701 20 15 52

Q. What is Asco's delivery policy?

A. Asco charge £6.95 for postage and packaging on all orders with no minimum order value. Goods are transported directly to your required destination. Products can also be sent internationally.

Q. When can I expect my order?

A. If goods are in stock and the order is placed before 11am we will dispatch your order the next working day. Delivery can otherwise take longer depending on product availability.

Q. What if my delivery contains damaged goods?

A. This happens infrequently, but sometimes gifts sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer's defect. If this occurs, contact us immediately on 08701 20 15 52 and we will arrange for the damaged product to be collected and new products to be despatched out to you immediately.

Q. Do Asco Lights have a returns policy?

Yes. There is a 7 day money back guarantee on all products that you find unsuitable. If the goods are unsuitable and need to be returned, Asco will not collect goods free of charge, customer has to pay to send goods back to Asco in same condition as received. This must be done within 7 days of receipt of the order. The goods need to come back to Asco by registered means to ensure Asco sign for the parcel .The customer has to call Asco prior to return of goods to get an authorisation number. Do not write on the outside of the box. You will only receive a refund for the total value of goods and not the carriage charge.

Q. What is your service policy?

A. We've put our years of experience in the retail business by selecting high quality products that should not require any warranty service. However, if you do have a problem, we will contact you and arrange collection and despatch of replacement goods or a FULL refund - no questions asked.
