When your parcel leaves our warehouse you will be sent an e-mail informing you of the dispatch and date of arrival. On this e-mail you will also be given a tracking number and a link where you can actually track where your parcel is at any given time and make any changes to the arrival date or address. We also have the option of sending you a SMS on your mobile.
