Q. Do Asco Lights have a returns policy?
A. Yes. There is a 7 day money back guarantee on all products that you find unsuitable.
If the goods are unsuitable and need to be returned, Asco will not collect goods free of charge, customer has to pay to send goods back to Asco in same condition as received. This must be done within 7 days of receipt of the order. The goods need to come back to Asco by registered means to ensure Asco sign for the parcel .The customer has to call Asco prior to return of goods to get an authorisation number. Do not write on the outside of the box. You will only receive a refund for the total value of goods and not the carriage charge.
Outside of 7 days strictly no refund will be given to the customer.
Customer has to notify Asco of any damages or incomplete delivery within 7 days of receipt of order.
We only refund the price of the item once it is received by Asco. A refund of the delivery charge will not be given. The delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods received by customer.

A. We've put our years of experience in the retail business by selecting high quality products that should not require any warranty service. However, if you do have a problem, we will contact you and arrange collection and despatch of replacement goods or a FULL refund - no questions asked.
